Actually, it was supposed to be:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
U XPECTD MO BRILYANZ

As in: You expected more brilliance?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
But...but...but O is ciphered as J, not A! A is the ciphertext for U. Hence "BRILYJNZ." Confused

I just figured "brillly" was some sort of Cockney slang for brilliant. (Either that, or you really were going for "mob religions," so we could have another one of those delightful if extended discussions.)

On the other hand, because neither Q nor Z appears in your plaintext message, I couldn't be absolutely positive which was ciphertext Z and which was ciphertext W -- but I guessed that you wouldn't have Z ciphered to itself, so I wrote down "Z?" for Q. Which means that I actually do have a question mark after the Z on my little sheet! Very Happy

Well, my dear, it is a delightful little item called an oatmeal cream pie. I'll be forced to get a better camera and retake the picture.

Eeek! I *knew* I missed something! Drat. Used a program to decipher it, noticed some mistakes, and tried to reverse-engineer them away. Clearly a mistake.

Oh *goody*!!! At least something worked coincidentally!

My, my. My guess was sort of a combination of the truth and Phaedra's guess. I thought it was an indeterminate moldy baked item.

Retake the picture? Bah! It's fine the way it is, angelo! Razz

Eh, I'm thinking about it. Trying to find a pic of a monkey eating a cookie. I think it would be a bit more appropriate.

I think your brain only starts to look like that if you eat too many oatmeal cream pies...

I've always been a monkey. Climbing makes me happy... although I don't like heights. Shocked

If that's true, I'd be afraid to see what you're brain looks like after all those beans.
