well it is interesting...
The word on the side is San Francisco. Is the water tower on Alcatraz accessible to tourists? I forget... I don't believe so as it's on the grass.

the numbers are 6, 3, 3, 8, 1, 6 (or 9), 02

Last I recall, the water tower was not accessible, but that a few years back. I got this too and I have to say, as confused as I am as to what it goes with, I love that picture. Trying to figure out if there's anything to those numbers.

I am in Sacramento and I know there are quite a few ARGers in SF. So if we want to start a trailhead we can get moving on this. Looks interesting enough.

It does not look like the bottom of the water tower is very accessible.
