412-888 SYSTEM is not answering as it is supposed to: "i get "CLEVELAND DIRECT" disconnect"

(MD uses 65179 instead of 130715 since biggest number he can enter in his system is 2^16=65536)

What looks like Cleveland prepayed Calling card had SECRET message hidden in the middle of layers. Note: edges of card are cut very unevenly, while print quality looks like legit offset printing, not inject printer on photo paper.

 		We have SIRENS on all numbers.

Looks like we failed to press DEAR MAN TRIGGER to confirm that agent Ai Bourges is stil alive.

Assuming this is similar than BELL CODE from Chichago drop and first DEATH MAN TRIGGER , it wants the Cincinatti Card Code since Ai was the intended destination for that.
But we dont know where to enter that PIN number yet.
Maybe we need to decode those worm colorcodes to some phone number.

Rememebr we had similar DEAD MAN'S SWITCH situation on October 2012? Here is recap:

At that time we werent even notiving that Agent System was down since we were busy getting 8 global drops. Retreival of those drops was happening at same time.
At that time Agent system was down playing sirens and we had message on Polish number that accepted BELL CODE. BELL code was found in Chicago at Bellwood water tower drop.

ITA2 Message on 48_22_307_1061 decoded on October 18th 2012:

In last days of October we connected the dots and unlocked the system.

L0j1k found weird voicemail system on 412 888 system. It already contains two messages from "Wood" on it.
