Just gonna take this moment to point out the argument (not originally by me) that cigarette and the shooter from the video are the same guy, managed to totally lose the page now, but checked it and still think it could be possible

here . I also include the killing of Ruben on it because it's also a 9mm and because of the news at eleven pictures on William Shiner's page that mention a "gang killer".

The Gang Killer has killed 3 other people, aside from Rueben and Paco (the image on Shiner's site shows that he has killed 5 total). We don't know who the other 3 are yet.
