I'm sorry if my humour offends you, Vincent. However, for the sake of simile, let's say that that using language is like making love to a beautiful woman (thank you, Swiss Toni). If that's the case, then it's not so much that I'm a jealous lover, it's that I hate to see my mistress mistreated. As a fellow reader, surely you feel the same way?

I can't wait for the new book! I'm just so excited! I'm going to the bookstore tomorrow. But I'm not really into reading it all in one day because then you will have to wait a year for the 13th book. I'll just read it as I read any other books.

I'm assuming after you complete the question for thew 18th, you will be told the name of the book (which was found out too early.) I'm also confused why nobody actually found out the title of the book before it was published. But that doesn't matter, now does it?

I'm sorry if this paragraph is off-topic, but I just wanted to ask how everyone found out that Lemony Snicket was actualy Daniel Handler. I know that it was kind of obvious because of that Amazon review of that Bears Invasion What-you-micallit book, but as I recall, it was found out before that review. Just asking.

As for the fowl language, I think everyone not posting on topic should just shut their mouths closed with super-super glue. Thats all I have to say.

I think all of us are excited about the new book. I also agree about the shutting our mouths thing. I don't just mean that I agree that they should, I should to, and that's why I'm not posting a snotty reply to any of them. I'm just trying to comply with the rules. Which is semi-hard for me I suck at grammar and english but I'm trying so yea. Anyways there are some sites where you can view conversations between Lemony and a reporter. Personally how I found out was I listened to the tape of The Bad Beginning and at the end there is a conversation between Lemony Snicket and a reporter where he hints to being Daniel Handler and also Lemony Snicket. Well today's clue kinda told us the title because Second to last ordeal = Penultimate Peril, as Biloxi previously stated.

And I remember seeing a website talking about how LS was Daniel Handler a few years ago.

Its not working on aol but its working (really really slow) on IE... i'm taking this time to again express my hate for dail up connection...

On AOL it kept saying error: website not responding. Its working on IE but just really slow

Did you get that no place is safe message to the editor? Cuz when I clicked on it, it took me to the page with the pic of the cover... and i'm still waiting for that page to load...

I don't know if this helps, but I just clicked on September 16, and soonafter, the final piece of the puzzle turned up. I don't know if that was it, but...it worked for me.
