Why are you guys spoilering transmissions?
Spoilers are best for a puzzle solve, allowing someone to try to figure out the puzzle themselves if they want.
Spoilering character interaction or other information ????? Kinda pointless.

Because the transmissions are both the answers to the current puzzle and the clues for the next one. You get credits by sending in the transmissions, even though they are character interactions. If i didn't put sopiler tags on them, it wouldn't give anyone a chance to find them for themselves.

good job lisak.
I think that one appeared after i went searching for it. Thanks for postin it for us.
I'm excited that more direct interaction is apparently on the way for us!
Kona-like detroit said, the transmissions themselves are in fact the solves. the puzzle is "find the transmissions" and each transmission is both a solve (worth points) and a kloo to the next one.

Mirror_1889begin//The Fishes are a UK-based terrorist group responsible for
a number of violent attacks in London and elsewhere. Their actions are said
to be a form of protest against the mistreatment of foogies by the
government, and they claim to be fighting for equal rights for all illegals
in Britain.
Word comes to us from a mirror within their organization that the Fishes are
rallying around a single foogie, a woman, for reasons unknown. We've also
learned a high-ranking cell leader is seeking outside help. Do not engage
directly. Post the following message in the politics section on the
Cambridge c list, and our embedded contact will contact you.

Proceed with caution. The Fishes' leadership seems to be splintering, with
different sects eager to pursue their own agendas. \\endtransmission

Yeah, that was me. Kinda strange, though, that so far we are only ones who have posted something... I thought that maybe others received different boards to post to, but now it seems it wasn't the case.

I am still wondering about the whole REWARDS thing what happened to Nov. 1. I am growing board with THP forum board. The PM of THP is lagging behind the rest of the group, plus nobody has really been on the forums. If they want to keep people interested the really need to step it up.

i'm the friday one. By the look of it, either we are the only ones who figured out the transmissions or we are the only ones playing. Maybe they are hoping for a better turn out...

EDIT just kidding, i went straight from this post to my email, to find the 5th tx in my inbox. lol

it comes from mirror 772, and reads:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Mirror_772begin//FooGie female in need of urgent medical attention. Condition verified. Situation is not safe, request immediate action. Please advise.//end
plus the transcode. i'm not putting tcodes that are sent personally here, only publicly available ones, so people who don't do the work (posting and replying and such) don't get the points, since this is directly competitive to some extent. but there's the message you're waiting for
btw, there are bolded letters that spell
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Gravid (which means pregnant)
in this message
Edited to fix spoiler tags and such

Hey, is anybody else playing along here?
It's not a super involved ARG, but it is fun wasting some time every week or so as an "operative" and tracking the stuff down.
and there should be goodies later on for amassing points; collectible stuff from the movie and such. Come play!
Here is a signup link
