Bold Futura address and Trademarks with Slusho

 		Bold Futura address and Trademarks with Slusho
Just had another look at the Slusho website and noticed it's got a trademark stamp. Intrigued, I had a look at the American trademarks page and found that Slusho - You can't drink just six has been filed for trademark by a real company called Bold Futura, LLC. Here's how to find the info:

http://www.uspto.gov/
Trademarks -> Search TM database -> New user form
Search for "Slusho" or "You can't drink just six"

The registrant is:
Bold Futura, LLC
1223 Wilshire Boulevard #1422
Santa Monica, CA 90403

Unfortunately that all the information that I can glean from this tangent. At least it adds to the pot of current slurry of information finally appearing!

 		what does it mean? that slusho is not under the main company but under bold futura instead? where do you go from there? its useless, unless someone goes down to the address shown for bold futura to check it out. any volunteers?

 		I'd also like to point out that they (JJ and crew) obviously had to trademark Slusho since they are selling real merchandise (the slusho schwag), so Bold Futura might just be a front for their ARG related merchandise, related to Tagruato and such for when they file such things (rather than ruin the illusion by having it directly associated with their OOG real world movie biz).

Did a lot of searching and couldn't find anything related to Paraffun, Tagruato, or the other IG companies.... so once again backing the idea they wanted to be able to trademark their Slusho schwag without breaking set as-it-were. Smile

Still find it interesting the reference to light rays, dust, spilling liquid, sand, and coal. Twisted Evil

 		I know there are people all over the world involved with this ARG. Is anyone living near the area of the address for Bold Futura? I can only see the street from Google Maps since I'm in the UK Sad

It would be interesting to see what is actually at that address.

It's just down the street from the lawyer's office who filed the trade mark.

Once again... probably just a front to keep things as IG as possible.

 		At the same address to Bold Futura address and apparently UPS there is a catering company that deals with japanese/chineese food. Stefan's Catering

Some of the stuff in the pictures looks like the food the party goers were eating at the party in the trailer. I could be wrong. Maybe theres a link. I doubt it lol

The lawyer that registered the trademark - Lori Boatwright - also registered a trademark for "Overnight", which some people specualted might be the title of the film.

01.15.25 is a legal category of design elements. Those are the standard keywords for that design code for the Slusho t-shirt logo.

Same thing with "11.03.02 - Beer steins or mugs; Cups, beer mugs; Mugs, beer; Tankards". This is the legal category for the Slusho cup design. There are not going to be beer mugs, etc...
