The postal codes and magstripe tangents are a funny diversion.
We won't know if any of this is right till we get scans of all 4 cards.
mach1monorail got 2 of them:

Now, we need the other two. I keep seeing the same errors in every new group people are posting. (Like the .2nd pixel of line 4 on Arc-Wars)

I have an idea:
How about overlaying the images like this-
Vice Squad on top, then Kraz Bot, then Astro Gunner, then Arc Wars?

The strips you see on most credit cards and the like are metal oxides, and when exposed to a strong enough magnetic field they retain a pattern of magnetic polarity changes. With a lesser induction of magnetic field, the media induces a playback of those magnetic field changes and you thus recreate the data. In this case, we'd just be using what's commonly known as a card reader.
I still think its nothing, just a

Dude. You SERIOUSLY need to relax. Don't post every 5 minutes after every other post... and especially, don't post what amounts to "me too" over and over.
The puzzle has only just started...

have we attempted to rotate the blacklight bars? So far seems we've only tried to orient them all the same way.

We've been overlaying them as if you could see through them and see all the black-light dots at once. It doesn't matter what order they're stacked on top of each other.

Tried it with the combined image. Didn't really work!

Here are the codes in clean two-color gifs.
Also attached a Photoshop file with the codes on their own layers if someone want to experiment.
Hopefully this can be of some help =)
I had a similar idea that Euchre had. Instead of overlaying them exactly 1:1, we could trying shifting the codes horizontally in different ways to see if things line up to make a word/url that way.

That's a GREAT idea! Who wants to volunteer?

agreed - i printed/cut them out and have been playing with different orders and also offsetting the bars seeing if they make anything discernible like a giant image or something.
really tough - still waiting on my post card :\

I don't mean horizontally. The cards have the strips at the bottom as we orient them for human viewing, but if we rotate that part to the top then do the overlay, we might get something different.
I don't see how you can say it 'doesn't really work' Movielord, as they are now it doesn't give us anything particularly decisive. Not saying it will the way I'm talking about, but I'm trying to exhaust possibilities as a part of the process of elimination.

I'm sorry. I'm just really frustrated as to why we can't figure this out. This is ridiculous.

I also suggest cutting the overlay in half, then overlaying the right half on the left. Possibly flipping the right half left-2-right (mirroring it) before overlaying.

This is nothing. You haven't seen "ridiculous" =P
Shifting the grids is an interesting idea, except that there are four grids so far, and there's no real guide as to how far or where, no alignment markings, etc. It's really hit or miss at this point. So either there's more to come to finish the puzzle, or we're just missing something very very obvious.
