ack! I wish I was better with the flea's code. Does he want us to transmit the location of Margaret to the flea?

Maybe it's not complete. There is an opening quotation, but no closing one. Has the flea ever used the quote char before? Maybe he was cut off mid-sentence?

Based on my understanding of the Fleacode the Flea seems to be saying:

The Princess's Friends will transmit to the Flea, using the transmit procedure "Margaret Efendi".

What to transmit, I don't know. And the syntax of the SPDR can be very fluid.

From what I've seen of the fragments, I might speculate the Flea is taking on the role of the SPDR with regards to the Princess...

That would be more wishful thinking than I'm willing to go with at the moment though.
