The CD is based on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (original ISO release).

Just like the El Paso CD, there's a 100 MB (104857600 bytes) block of arbitrary data at offset 314572800 into the image.

Purpose

The 100 MB of data recovered from the disk is likely to be used as an OTP, in similar fashion as the El Paso CD.

If you want to make same spectrogram:
spectogram16 is easy to set up, and in PS i didnt do anything complicated

Yesterday we made /x/ thread to get some help at recognizing symbols from the book, but there were no real discoveries. Fishtail -( might be moons crescent, and sun symbol could be compass rose.



Also some people from /x/ called 18029. There were few things happening with that number later.
