Yeah, I think we need to go over context real quick:

Firstly, people bring in the "unreliable narrator" thing to justify theories on the basis that Jay plays some grand deception to us. There is not evidence of this. Even his blatant lies to Alex/Tim/etc. aren't really that elaborate. Or, for that matter, convincing.

Then we head over to the "lie by omission" claim, but this is usually used in the context of a person intentionally obscuring the truth. We have no basis on which to believe that Jay didn't simply neglect to mention him filming himself because it wasn't yielding any results, so he didn't think it was important.

We can make some pretty decent predictions of a character's thoughts, provided we stick with the evidence. For instance, pretty clear that Alex hates & possibly fears Hoody.

Lying by omission is lying, if it's on done purpose. If you honestly forgot about it, I wouldn't call it lying. But in the case with Jay not saying about filming himself it's a hard one to call if it's lying or not. It's not hurting anyone, other than himself.

I've said before, I think ToTheArk uses a different definition of "lying" than the modern consensus. To him, a lie is literally any statement or action that does not convey the absolute truth.

Which would make him hiding himself in a mask pretty goddamn hypocritical.

Anyone else notice Tim limping at the end? Does masky still feel that broken leg he suffered all the way back in season 2(?)

Which is weird because by the end you would think that he's back in his normal state at that point

On another note Alex Kralie's birthday is coming up. I hope that ToTheArk holds up his promise that last year was his last. I'm expecting a new MH or TTA on the 4th.

They'd still need someone to edit the videos though. Troy might not be up to that yet.

I'm not expecting a new entry for at least another week, unless it's something really simple like 67.5. And I'm pretty sure that Hoodie trying to shoot Alex was their attempt to fulfill TTA's threat. I doubt anything is going to happen on April 3rd or 4th.
