Does any particular side need to have it? I thought this folio (the one in NM) was only known to tCotSA IG, so it makes sense if they have it.

The FL folio was the one known to both sides, so it's only fair that the person who's retrieving it chooses.

apcfreak created a profile, so I believe that means the distribution of the information (and who to send it to) is up to them.

My bet is the info is OOG until we hear differently, then?

I am still trying to get into Deus City right now, and I dont have any idea whether I am IG or OOG right now, and I am (secretly) hoping for a PM to message me about the status of this page. OH, and finding the page was no problem, I literally live about 2 miles away from Zimmerman Library.

Well, what is the general consensus on who to give the info to?

apcfreak, the "consensus" here is you get to choose what to do with the folio. Here are the options as I see it.

Email it to Adam BrackinALBrackinSPLATgmail.com - He is the leader of the Underground movement in Deus City, and the head honcho in charge of the "get the folio pieces" campaign. He's fairly religious, believes in the prophecies absolutely, and wants to bring down the government in the future--since he believes the future can't be changed.

Probable outcome: increase in prestige, you'll go green(er). Adam will post it to his blog.

Email it to Ethan Sedgewick eldoradowatcherSPLATgmail.com - He is the guy who originally sent us this puzzle. He's part of the organization that protected the folio pieces (which are from a folio created by Nostradamus) for over 500 years. He's mostly allied with Adam...we think.

Probable outcome: increase in prestige, you'll go green(er). Ethan will give it to Adam, Adam will post it on his blog

(He is the tCotSA representative in the game-->tCotSA being the Committee of the Sedulous Amalgamation, the other trailhead for this game)

Email it to Foo - foo.defiantSPLATgmail.com　　He is the head of Defense-Corp in our time and the head of Deus City in the future. Interestingly enough, he is the most vocal in encouraging agents to attempt to change the future. In the grand security / freedom debates, he tends to favor the security end of things.
